Following the distribution to students in Singapore last quarter of 200,000 copies of an MPA-developed booklet outlining the dangers of illegal peer-to-peer file sharing, the Japan and International Motion Picture Copyright Association (JIMCA), which represents the MPA in Japan, distributed a Japanese version of the booklet to citizens attending an anti-piracy event organized by the country’s Anti-Counterfeiting Association in Osaka on July 7th and 8th.
